Sickness / Accident / Cancellation
We are certainly one of the most accommodating tour operators in Mauritius, but we also sometimes have to adhere to rules and obligations. If you have booked a tour with us and have already paid for it, partly or fully, and fall sick or suffer from an accident and cannot take your trip - in such a case, no costs will be incurred if you submit your cancellation to the tour operator at least 24 hours before the trip starts. It depends on whether we are using our buses/our boats or those of third party suppliers. For less than a 24 hour notice, we have to charge you for the full tour to fulfill our obligations to third party providers. This applies to all catamaran/kayak and MTB tours. Similar conditions apply if you fall ill during your vacation. If you are sick on your booked excursion day, we will give you an alternative date for your booked tour, provided that there are at least 72 hours between cancellation and your new date. Should this date not be accepted, we will charge a flat rate of 50% of the tour price/100% of services provided by third parties.
